- Coordinate closely with the project management and furniture installation teams to schedule and prepare necessary equipment and furniture for upcoming projects.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and resource management to minimize handling and maximize space utilization.
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel, fostering a team-oriented environment that meets company standards and project requirements.
- Implement strategic logistics solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in supporting installation projects.
